All wreaths and merchandise are carefully examined before shipping making sure everything is in perfect condition before mailing. You will receive a notification when shipped.
If the shipping carrier mishandled or damaged your package at delivery, you must contact the shipping carrier to file a claim. I am not responsible for any postal delays, damaged shipping boxes, lost or stolen items from your porch.
